Recruitment Licence

In line with the Recruitment of Workers Act, the Ministry issues Recruitment Licences to private recruitment agencies allowing them to recruit:

  • Citizens of Mauritius for employment in Mauritius; and or
  • Citizens of Mauritius for employment abroad; and or
  • Non-Citizens for employment in Mauritius.
